BOG4E Managing a Small Business Grade 12 Employment

This course focuses on the skills and concepts required to manage a small business. Students will deal with various aspects of operations, such as inventory, marketing, financial issues, communications, and human resources. Students will also explore the challenges facing small businesses, including hiring and training employees and dealing with legal requirements.
